Shipping

All orders will be shipped within three weeks from the time that the order is placed. If you have questions as to the shipping status of your order you may look up your order through the order status page, or you may contact the photographer at 415-846-2642. Once the order is marked as shipped, you will receive an email stating such. If we are mailing the shipment to you, this means it is packaged and in the mail. If you chose to pick the order up from the studio, this means the order is ready for pick up at the studio.


Warranty

All sales are final. However, if you are not satisfied with your order the photographer may be able to offer you an exchange. If you would like to request an exchange, you must contact the photographer within 14 days of receiving your order. After your returned products have been received by the photographer, a credit or replacement products may be mailed back to you, depending on the circumstances of the return. Please contact the photographer prior to making any returns at 415-846-2642.


Returns

All sales are final. However, if the photographer has offered an exchange please follow these instructions:
1. Read above warranty.
2. Contact the photographer at 415-846-2642 within 14 days.
3. After you have discussed the exchange with the photographer, mail back anything that you would like to exchange.
4. After your returned products have been received by the photographer, a store credit or replacement products will be sent back to you, depending on the circumstances of the return.


FAQ/Misc

**Important note about all prints**
Most images are shot on 35mm which is a 4x6 format. Depending on which print size you select, some cropping may occur. For example, If you order a 4x5 it will crop 1 inch from the photo. If you order an 8x10 it will crop 2 inches from the photo (at the top and bottom for vertical images). If you prefer to receive a full frame image and crop it yourself you may do so (in many cases there will be no price difference). Please specify your cropping preference in the comments section of your order. If you do not specify cropping preferences, the photographer will use their best judgment when cropping is necessary. If you have any questions about cropping please contact Juliann directly before ordering.

Can I request a non-wedding session that is longer than 2 hours?
Yes. The sessions may be as long as you desire. Additional time over 2 hours will be an additional charge.

Why are prints sold separately?
This allows you to customize the number of prints you want, rather than being limited to what is offered with a specific package.

How do I order prints?
Within three weeks of the event, you will be provided with a link to where you may view and order prints. A complete list of print prices can be found HERE

When will I be able to see my images after my event?
Within three weeks of the event, you will be provided with a link to where you may view and order prints.

I want to order a set of all the proofs. Can I do that?
Yes you can. Go into the event, scroll down to the very bottom and there is a product called "set of all proofs". Then select one of two options:
Set of all proofs (200 images or less)- $250
Set of all proofs (over 200 images)- $500

I want to order a master DVD of all images from the event . Can I do that?
Yes you can. Go into the event, scroll down to the very bottom and there is a product called "Master DVD of all images from the event". There are two options:
High Resolution files on DVD-Wedding-$1600
High Resolution files on DVD-Non Wedding-$500

I want to purchase the digital file for an individual image. Can I do that?
Yes you can. Go into the event, scroll down to the very bottom and there is a product called "Digital file for one image". If you would like to purchase the digital file for more than one image change the quantity to specify how many you would like to purchase.
High Res digital file-$200 per image

What are your rates to travel outside of San Francisco?
We are available for travel nationwide. Travel fees are used for flights, hotel, car rental, time in transit and food. We will take care of and book all travel arrangements. For events that are in the state of California but outside of the San Francisco area, there may be a gas fee added to your package. Please contact Juliann for travel rates.

I would like to book for a wedding. What do I need to do?
To book your wedding day/package, a NON-REFUNDABLE retainer of $300, a signed contract, plus the allotted travel fee (only for weddings outside of the San Francisco Bay Area) is required. The balance of the package is due in full TWO WEEKS PRIOR to the wedding/event unless other arrangements are made. If the balance is not received before the event, we retain the right to not attend the event. For events that require more than one day there is a $200 split day fee.

I would like to book for one of your other sessions (non wedding). What do I need to do?
To book for one of our non-wedding sessions, a NON-REFUNDABLE retainer of $75, a signed contract, plus allotted travel fee (only for sessions outside of the San Francisco Bay Area) is required. The balance of the package is due in full ONE WEEK PRIOR to the session unless other arrangements are made. If the balance is not received before the event, we retain the right to not attend the event.

I placed my order 2 days ago and paid full price. Your sale started today, do I get the discount?
Unfortunately, unless the order is placed during the sale, the discount will not be retroactively applied to any orders. We have sales periodically for this reason. There is always a chance to order with a discount.

I received an email stating my event is going to expire in 3 days. Can I still order prints from my event after that date?
YES! If you go under the "product" section of your event and click on "view all products" you will find the "extend your event" product. This product when purchased extends your event to one full year of online hosting. In other words, it would extend your event for another 3 months bringing it to a total of 1 whole year of online hosting. Every event is already online for 9 months. This product is $50.
